First Ministers Conference Simulation (FMCS)
Every year, we run a two-day simulation of a First Ministers Conference (meeting between the Prime Minister and premiers). Participants, each representing a province, territory, or city, gather together over a weekend in January to debate pressing Canadian politics issues and try to come to resolutions. For more information about our simulation, click here.

Academic Panels

Throughout the year, we hold a variety of panels on a multitude of Canadian politics issues. Some of our previous topics include politics in WWI, electoral reform, and women of colour in politics.

Election Watching Parties

Whenever a Canadian election is called, we aim to hold election watching parties for our members to gather and share in the excitement together. Some of our past viewings include the 2018 Québec election and the 2018 federal Conservative Party leadership contest.
